Not only do we scour the world for the hottest trending gear for you each month, we also consult with some of the nation's foremost authorities on hunting, survival, marksmanship, police, and military.
I just signed up, when will I get my box?
If you subscribe after the 15th of the month you won't receive your first box until the next shipment which is the first of the following month.
Example: If you sign up October 25th you won't receive your first box until the first of December, the next shipment.
Is the fee monthly or annual?
You are charged when you initially sign up and not charged again until after the next month's billing/subscription cycle.
Are the boxes themed?
Yes, we theme each month around certain types and styles of gear, as well as different survival and tactical scenarios.
When will my account or credit/debit card be charged?
You are charged when you initially sign up and not charged again until after the next billing/subscription cycle.
The billing/subscription cycle runs from the 15th to the 15th of the month, unless we choose to extend the cutoff date.
How long does my subscription last?
It's as long as you want! We will keep you enrolled until you cancel. You can cancel any time!
How do I send a box as a gift?
Log in to your account, and enter their address instead of your own. Once you get the confirmation email, log back in and cancel the subscription. This will prevent any re-billing and will not cancel the box you already ordered.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply log in to your account on our website, click 'your subscriptions' -> edit -> cancel subscription -> cancel me.
When will I receive my last box if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel before the 15th day of the month, you will not be billed again, and you will not receive another box. If you cancel after the 15th day of the month, you will receive one last box the first week of the following month.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds, but you can cancel your subscription any time.
What do I do if I receive a damaged or not-working product?
If you receive a damaged or non-working product right out of the box we will replace it ASAP. Simply email us at email@example.com
I noticed my name/address/phone number is wrong after I signed up. How do I correct this?
You can login to your account from our website and manage your personal information at any time. Just be sure to do so before we ship!
How can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription without canceling?
Just log in to your account from our website and edit your subscription. Be sure to do so before the 15th day of the month to have it go into effect for the next shipment!
Can I skip a month without cancelling altogether?
Yes! Sign in to your account from our website. Under “Your Subscription” click “Edit.” On the top right, click “Skip Next Subscription.” Confirm by clicking “Yes, Skip It.”
Who will deliver my box?
We ship through USPS.
Can I buy past boxes?
Yes, in our CUSTOMER ONLY online shop you can buy some past boxes. These are in very limited quantities so you have to act fast! To access, simply sign in to your account and click on the SHOP button.
Why haven't I received my box yet?
We provide tracking information on all packages. If you see via tracking your package has been delivered, but you do not see your package, login to your account and double check your address! We will work it out either way, just email us firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens if my card is declined by my financial institution?
We will try and bill you again over the next ten days. During that time you can add funds to your account, edit payment information, or contact your financial institution’s fraud department in case they are blocking your payment.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We do not ship internationally at this time.
